When my symptoms first became difficult to understand, I spent a great deal of time trying to find the missing piece that would make everything clear. I read, researched, questioned what I was eating and tried to make sense of symptoms that did not always seem connected.

Looking back, there are things I wish I had understood earlier—not because they would have given me all the answers, but because they might have helped me move through that period with more clarity and less pressure to figure everything out at once.

I created this guide for anyone navigating chronic symptoms, food reactions and the uncertainty of not yet fully understanding what is happening in their body.

This is not a treatment plan or a list of promises. It is a personal companion for a confusing stage of the journey, created from the things I wish someone had told me when my own search for answers began.
